Having problems downloading?
Most problems associated with downloading come from 2 places and are solved easily. Follow these simple but important instructions.
#1. POP-UPS must be enabled. Our web site utilizes the pop up technology build into web browsers.
To change the POP-up setting from disabled to enabled, you will need to access the browsers " preferences ".
For Chrome Browser: Click on the wrench icon on the upper right corner, select "preferences", select "Under The Hood", select "Content Settings", select "POP-ups" - set to : Allow all sites to show pop-ups. You may also manage exceptions.
For Firefox Browser: Click on the name " Firefox" at the top left of the page, select "Preferences", select "Content", de-select "Block pop-up windows".
For Safari Browser: Click on the name " Safari" at the top left of the page. Uncheck " Block Pop-up Windows". "
These browsers are preferred for using our web sites.
#2. Firefox, Safari or Chrome Browsers. ( Internet Explorer Does Not Work Dependably )
These are free and easily installed on almost any computer.

The demo player is playing a high resolution MP3 file. This provides a very high quality audition. It is possible with slow internet connection speeds that the music might "stutter". We have chosen sound quality over speed.

From time to time, customers have experienced a problem checking out after they have selected the items they wished to purchase. Investigation nearly always has lead to a couple issues.
- Out of Date Browser
Most people who have problems with our web site have found that updating their browser to "FIREFOX" completely fixed it. Its a free download, go get it !
- MAC Key Chain Corruption
This is a MAC OS problem (as best we can tell) and is related to remembering logins and passwords for various websites. We have found this link to be helpful in resolving these Key Chain related issues.
- Another Helpful option: Clear the SSL state ( more complex )
In Internet Explorer: Clear the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) state. To do this, follow these steps:
- In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Content tab, and then click Clear SSL state.
Tools > Clear Private Data and only put a checkmark before Authenticated Sessions -> Clear Now
Open Safari and go to Safari > Empty Cache. Click Empty in the window that opens to clear the cache.
Sometimes it helps to clear the local DNS cache on Windows too:
You can flush your local DNS cache in Windows by following these easy steps:
- Open Start menu
- Click Run
- Type cmd and press enter
- In the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter
