You may browse the catalog, audition watermarked previews, and request licensing for your own legitimate business purposes. You agree not to use the site in any way that breaches any applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the site.

In particular, you agree not to do any of the following without our prior written permission:

• Download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any track except as expressly permitted by a license you hold from us.
• Use watermarked previews in any finished, published, or distributed production.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect catalog data, audio, or metadata from the site.
• Attempt to circumvent any watermarking, access control, or security measure on the site.
• Represent that you hold rights to a track that you have not actually licensed.

All music, recordings, compositions, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Gene Michael Productions, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. GMP Music holds both the master and publishing rights to the tracks in its catalog at the source.

Nothing on this site transfers any ownership in our intellectual property to you. The right to use any track is granted only through an executed license agreement and is limited to the scope, term, territory, and media described in that agreement.

Music tracks are made available for license, not for sale. A license to use a track is created only when we issue and you accept a written license agreement covering that track and its intended use. Until a license is in effect, you have no right to use any track in a production.

Each license sets out the cleared scope for the use, including term, territory, and media. Our standard model clears master and publishing together, worldwide and in perpetuity, with multiple versions and durations included. The specific terms of your use are always governed by the license agreement you receive.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Any reference or other material you submit to us, you represent that you have the right to share, and you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of responding to your request.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep catalog information and clearance details accurate, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gene Michael Productions, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the use giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
